About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of enterprise-level projects, drive solution design, and lead functional delivery across the full D365 CE suite.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
* Oversee configuration, customisation, and integration with Power Platform.
* Provide thought leadership and mentor junior consultants.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with best practices.
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in D365 CE implementations.
* Strong functional knowledge of CE modules and related Microsoft technologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
* Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230, MB-240) highly desirable
