Proactive Personnel are looking for Laboratory Technicians to be a part of a dynamic, high-performing service team in Warrington.
Monday- Friday
40 Hours per week
(Training 4 weeks)
You’ll contribute to a culture of quality, efficiency, and teamwork — cross-training across multiple functions to support production needs while developing valuable technical and problem-solving skills. Experience & Skills:
1. Experience working with small components or within a design, manufacturing, or technical production environment (desired)
2. Keeps tools and workspace tidy and well-organised
3. Strong documentation habits and ability to prioritise effectively
4. Quick to learn new tools and systems
5. Proactive in solving issues and improving processes
6. Active listener with a collaborative attitude
7. Strong customer focus and positive communication style
8. Reliable, punctual, and quality-driven
9. Strong English communication skills and solid IT proficiency, including documentation, database use, and digital workflow tools.
