Salary: £12.47 per hour plus benefits.
Hours: up to 37.5 hours per week, on a shift rota basis (Monday to Sunday). Must have weekend availability.
Contract: Part-time, flexible
Driving: A valid full UK manual driving license is preferable but not essential for this role

What will you be doing?
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in a range of daily activities such as:
* Shopping and attending appointments
* Assisting individuals during mealtimes
* Helping them feel at ease in their own homes
You will also engage in activities such as horse riding, swimming, arts and crafts, and community outings. This is a meaningful role with the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
You will witness the positive impact of your support as individuals achieve their goals and live more independently, contributing to a more inclusive and supportive community.
Who will you be supporting?
In Exeter we have eight self-contained flats with bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom/shower. There is also a communal lounge, conservatory and garden. Exeter Support Service is a supported living service for adults with learning and other disabilities, many of whom have sight loss.
We provide high-quality and flexible support for people living with sight loss and other disabilities in their own homes in Devon. Our care is tailored and person-centred, following a thorough assessment of need and aligned with each individual’s aspirations. Requirements & Qualifications
* Compassionate, patient, and capable of remaining calm under pressure
* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities; autism, complex needs, or epilepsy is advantageous
* Weekend availability
* Right to work in the UK
* Driving license preferable but not essential
