We are looking for a Communication & Digital Marketing guru to join the friendly team in our London, Shoreditch office.
Nurture Education is an education recruitment company, specialising in supporting schools and nurseries with their temporary, part-time and permanent staffing needs.
We are looking for someone with experience managing the online portfolio of a business, driving community engagement and growing the brand.

The Role
To put it simply, the successful candidate will be responsible for aiding the businesses' recruitment using digital and online tools.
As our Communications & Digital Marketing expert, you'll take the lead on building and executing our digital marketing strategy. You'll manage our social media presence, run campaigns, create content, and help us grow our audience and brand awareness.
Duties include:
Social media management (Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook)
Launch and manage TikTok
Oversee and maintain website (Squarespace)
Run paid and organic ad campaigns
Content creation
Liaising with clients, sponsors, partners on campaigns
SEO optimisation and strategy
Copywriting
