Job Title: Sales Representative - Lubricants
Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities within our client's organization. The role focuses on driving market penetration and building customer relationships. The individual will report to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily field sales activities within the lubricants division.
2. Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and objectives, maintaining quality standards.
3. Collaborate with the customer service team to implement effective sales strategies.
4. Track and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
6. Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff as needed.
7. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements and new sales initiatives.
8. Support additional operational tasks related to the sales role.
Qualifications & Experience
* Field sales experience in a B2B environment.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
* Knowledge of the lubricants or industrial maintenance industry is advantageous.
