Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn. You’ll work closely with both our clients and the team, supporting day-to-day IT needs, maintaining systems, and helping to deliver reliable services across London.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with building management (Canonbury Yard) to arrange network installations and setups for tenants.
* Conduct occasional on-site visits to client offices throughout London.
* Provide Level 1/2 help desk support, including triaging issues and basic troubleshooting.
* Maintain clear, well-documented support processes and system records.
* Support client IT infrastructure with tasks such as user/machine on-boarding and off-boarding, device upgrades, and applying software updates.
* Data Centre and Network Operations work with tasks such as server installs, upgrades and Remote hands.
* Assist with basic security maintenance, including reviewing antivirus-blocked items and manually checking quarantined emails.

* Willingness to travel to various sites across London.
* Previous experience in IT support or a technical role Level 1 or 2.
* Basic or more understanding of networking or computer maintenance.
* Basic or more understanding of Mac and Windows software.
