Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to support our clients client base within the End-Point Assessment (EPA) apprenticeship sector. This is a fully home-based role, requiring strong self-management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships remotely.
You will manage employer and training provider accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned employers and training providers

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through virtual engagement (video, phone, email)

Conduct regular remote account reviews and performance meetings
*
Provide expert guidance on EPA processes and best practice
EPA Service Delivery Support

Liaise with internal EPA operations teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery
*
Track apprentice progress through the EPA pipeline and keep clients informed
*
Manage and resolve client queries or escalations efficiently
Compliance & Sector Knowledge

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA requirements
*
Ensure all activity aligns with regulatory expectations
*
Support clients in understanding compliance and funding considerations
