About the Role We’re looking for a confident, driven, and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful team in Nailsea. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in residential sales who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for handling all aspects of the sales process – from conducting market appraisals and valuations to arranging and carrying out property viewings, negotiating offers, and seeing sales through to completion. Key Responsibilities Carry out market appraisals/valuations to generate new listings. Conduct property viewings and provide excellent customer service to buyers and vendors. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties. Maintain strong communication throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth customer journey. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleagues. Actively generate new business through networking, canvassing, and local market knowledge. Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets. Keep up-to-date with the local property market and competitor activity. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a residential sales negotiator role (minimum 2 years preferred). Proven success in valuations and winning instructions. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach. Strong local market knowledge of Nailsea and surrounding areas. Full UK driving licence and use of own car. What’s on Offer Competitive basic salary up to £27,500 Depending on experience Realistic OTE of £50,000. Car allowance provided.
