Are you an experienced, passionate Registered Manager with a Level 5 qualification? Are you ready to shape the future of learning disabilities struffles in a supportive, trauma-informed environment?
New Focus Childcare is expanding! We’re looking for a dynamic Registered Manager with excellent leadership skills.
You’ll be backed by a Responsible Individual with over 20 years of sector experience, and empowered to build your own team—including two Deputy Managers. With access to full-time psychotherapists and weekly clinical supervision, you’ll help create a truly child-centered, healing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children’s Residential Care)
🔹 Solid understanding of The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
🔹 Proven experience in children’s residential care (minimum 3 years preferred)
🔹 A leader ready to inspire, develop teams, and put children at the heart of everything
