MET Technician - Prestige Bodyshop
Horsham | £40,000 - £50,000 OTE | Full-Time, Permanent
Are you a skilled MET Technician looking to work in a modern, high-end Bodyshop with leading technology and premium vehicles? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, values-driven group with an excellent reputation for colleague development and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
* Strip & refit mechanical and trim components to manufacturer standards
* Diagnose and document additional damage during repairs
* Carry out basic mechanical repairs and final quality checks
* Collaborate with estimators and panel/paint teams to ensure smooth workflow
* Maintain tools and follow strict health & safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a MET role within an accident repair/bodyshop environment
* Ability to read repair methods and follow manufacturer specifications
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to "right first time" repairs
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
