Job Role:
1. Overall responsibility for delivery of Electrical Systems Engineering and Software Systems & Controls Engineering support for Series programme.
2. Define and oversee electrical architecture and integration strategies for infotainment and telematics systems.
3. Lead software systems and controls engineering activities, ensuring compliance with functional safety and cybersecurity standards.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams for hardware-software integration and validation.
5. Manage task assignment, prioritisation, and progress tracking across engineering teams.
6. Interface with programme management, VLM, and engineering leadership to align technical deliverables with project milestones.
7. Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and compliance standards including ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
8. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in delivery processes and engineering practices.
9. Oversight of CRs, QCRs, and reporting for programme governance.
