Overview
My client is a Repair Bodyshop near Feltham, Middlesex, who are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Receptionist for their site. Our client is looking for a professional, friendly and enthusiastic person to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
* Discuss customer’s requirements and assist with their needs.
* Ensure all administrative functions within the bodyshop department are carried out in accordance with company policies.
* Inform all relevant staff of forthcoming recall campaigns and changes in warranty/goodwill procedure.
* To use Auto flow Management Systems.
* Ensure all customer records / paperwork are correctly maintained.
* Maintain relationships with other staff members, specialist repairers and manufacturers’ representatives.
* Maintain knowledge of all procedures and documentation.
* Support other staff members in all administrative related matters.
Qualifications / Experience
* At least 8 years experience in a customer facing role; bodyshop experience would be an advantage.
* Confident in computer programs.
* Organised and efficient to deal with the volume of paperwork.
* Friendly and approachable, able to offer advice and corrective feedback to technicians and service reception.
* Disciplined with a passion for attention to detail.
* Professional, enthusiastic and experienced with strong customer service skills.
Package & Hours
Bodyshop Receptionist Package is Basic (Depending on Experience) OTE (Depending on Experience).
Hours: Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm, No Weekends.
