The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key part in supporting candidate attraction, selection, and communication across a range of accountancy and finance roles.
Responsibilities
* Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for live vacancies
* Writing job adverts and handling inbound applications
* Conducting pre‑screen calls and coordinating interview arrangements
* Maintaining regular communication with candidates and supporting their job search journey
* Assisting consultants with market research, candidate mapping and administrative tasks
* Building strong relationships with job seekers in your assigned region
* Working flexibly to connect with candidates inside and outside normal office hours when needed
This position is part‑time, making it ideal for someone seeking predictable hours with freedom to manage their week — but who still enjoys variety, people interaction and meaningful contribution to a busy recruitment function.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A strong written communicator, comfortable drafting emails and adverts
* Confident speaking with a wide range of people
* Organised, IT‑competent, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
* Professional, focused, and motivated by delivering great service
* Not necessarily an extrovert — thoughtful, reliable communicators thrive here
* Graduate‑level or with relevant transferable experience (non‑graduates welcomed)
