🎯 About the Role


We’re hiring a B2C Ecommerce Creative Strategist to help us make ads that sell.

This isn’t about brand fluff or campaigns that just “look nice.” It’s about performance - digging into audiences, testing hooks and angles, and creating ads that drive revenue.

You’ll sit between media buying, production, and post-production - leading ideation, writing scripts/briefs, and making sure good ideas turn into great ads. If you love combining creativity with numbers, and you know what makes people click “buy,” this is the role for you.


🚫 Disclaimer: This is not brand awareness work. It’s e-commerce, direct response, constant testing, UGC, and ads that move numbers. You’ll lead ideas from insight → concept → script → launch. If you can’t mix creativity with performance, this role isn’t for you.

* You’ve never worked in e-commerce advertising.
* Your background is only brand/awareness campaigns.
* You haven’t done creative weekly testing (systematic iteration, not one-off campaigns).
* You don’t know direct response ads and frameworks by heart.
* You’ve never worked with UGC creators or briefs.
* You’ve never coordinated creative production teams.


🎓 What We’re Looking For:

* 2+ years in e-commerce performance advertising (not brand-only campaigns).
* Hands-on creative testing - running or contributing to iterative ad cycles.
* Strong knowledge of direct response ad frameworks (hooks, angles, storytelling that converts).
* Experience working with UGC creators, briefs, or concepts.
* Ability to balance audience psychology, formats, and data into ads that drive sales.
* Awareness of production costs (time, money, effort) and how they impact decisions.
