Role Summary As a Reception Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring efficient and high-quality customer service. Acting as a leader, you will manage a team of receptionists, coordinate schedules, and address guest inquiries or concerns. In this fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The role involves multitasking and problem-solving, particularly during peak check-in and check-out periods. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure reception coverage.
