My client, anindependently owned 4-star Hotel, require a Head Chef to lead their team.
My client produces menus that evolve with the seasons, offering dishes that reflect the best ingredients available at their peak, where each dish is thoughtfully crafted to bring out the richness of the season. Complementing the food is a selection of hand-picked wines, spirits, and craft drinks that offer a perfect pairing for any occasion.
The essence of hospitality blended with sophistication and originality truly sets the charming Hotel apart from any other Cornwall hotel.
The Head Chef role offers:-
* Competitive salary of between £40,00pa and £45,000pa

The ideal Head Chef will:-
* Ensure consistency and quality in every dish
* Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff. Leads the kitchen team.
* Responsible for menu planning, inventory, and supply management
* Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
* Meets high standards of food hygiene and professionalism and trains your team to learn new cooking techniques.
