The Multi Trade Operative role:
We prioritize safety, happiness, and support, ensuring health and safety is paramount throughout your responsibilities, for you, us, and the customer.
* Utilize your skills to undertake multi-trade work, including plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repairs. Work primarily in domestic settings, applying fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Attend routine repairs and planned refurbishment jobs within void properties.
* Typical repairs include fixing taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repairs.
What you will bring as a (Trade):
* Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
* Experience in domestic/social housing or response environments is preferred but not essential
* A passion for improving homes, delivering exceptional customer service, and working well with people
* Valid driving license and eligibility to drive in the UK
