Location: Fradley, Lichfield
Pay: £15.00 per hour (Weekly PAYE)
Hours: Evening shifts starting between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
⏱️ Shift Length: 8.5 hours (with a 30-minute unpaid break)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Operating a counterbalance forklift to move 200-300 pallets per shift
✅ Loading and unloading goods with precision and care
✅ Maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity
✅ Completing a short assessment before starting to ensure readiness
What We're Looking For:
A valid counterbalance forklift license (in-house licenses accepted)
Previous experience in pallet networking or high-volume logistics
A reliable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic
