This position involves driving sales within one of our largest retailer partners, enhancing your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a rewarding environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform sales and service to consumers demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
* Support and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
* Maintain contact with store staff to build relationships.
* Monitor sales, analyze results, and identify opportunities.
* Participate in TTI training and apply acquired skills.
* Conduct in-store product training and demonstrations.
* Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
* Plan and execute demo events, store walks, and trade shows.
* Develop knowledge of the marketplace and analyze market data.
* Ensure store and product presentation through merchandising.
* Manage inventory levels and participate in resets and merchandising installations.
* Sell directly to customers in retail settings.
Note: Duties may extend beyond those listed. Employees are expected to contribute to continual improvement in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.
Job/Employment Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
* Must be 21 or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience.
* Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report checks.
* Maintain valid vehicle insurance.
* Travel to store locations, meetings, and events required.
* Transporting small amounts of company property may be necessary.
* Relocation may be needed for future opportunities.
* Work nights and weekends as required.
* Stand for entire shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and use ladders and hand tools.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Self-motivated team player with organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: $24.04–$25.96/hour, with overtime eligibility.
* Additional income through sales contests and incentives.
* Vehicle allowance of $400/month.
