Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer, the Director of Human Resources will lead HR strategy and operations across North America, partnering closely with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business priorities. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for building scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership capability, and driving a high performing culture across a multi site manufacturing environment.
Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
1. Partner with corporate and site leadership to shape and deliver HR strategy that supports business growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation
2. Lead all HR operations across North America including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and HR systems
3. Ensure full compliance with federal and regional employment laws including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA
4. Drive performance management and talent review processes while building a strong succession pipeline for critical roles
5. Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and pay equity in alignment with global frameworks
6. Identify capability gaps and partner with global teams to deliver leadership development and training programs
7. Act as a visible leader to promote employee engagement, inclusion, and a values driven culture across all sites
8. Support organizational change initiatives by developing communication and adoption strategies that drive measurable results.
