What you'll be doing:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning
* Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
* Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required
* Helping with classroom preparation and administrative tasks
Were looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children (in a school or childcare setting is ideal)
* Is friendly, proactive, and adaptable
* Has a genuine interest in education and child development
* Holds a valid DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
* Has Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential)
