We are looking for caring and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our London team. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of adults within their own homes, supporting them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
* Assisting with Personal Care (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
* Continence Management
* Catheter Care and Stoma Care
* Supporting individuals with Dementia Care
* Supporting adults aged 65+ and individuals with Physical Disabilities
* Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities
* Providing support in Palliative Care
* Managing behaviours that challenge
* Assisting with safe handling and administration of medicines
* Safeguarding vulnerable adults
* Supporting with moving & handling of people
* Food preparation and maintaining nutrition & hydration
* Maintaining professional boundaries
* Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements
* Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
* Right to Work in the UK
* A caring, compassionate, and professional attitude
* Good communication skills
* Previous experience in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential
* Full training will be provided
