The ideal candidate will demonstrate impeccable customer service and will have experience in the transport/logistics industry.\n\nOur client pride themselves on being a great place to work and offer great training, development and progression within their rapidly growing organisation.\n\nThe Role\n\nProcessing customer orders\nDeliver great customer service over the phone and in person\nTracking and planning UK drivers and equipment ensuring optimal utilisation\nLiaise with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled\nCommunicate with customers and keep them informed of order status\nOversee turnaround of vehicles and containers to maximise productivity\nRecharge any additional costs\nArrange maintenance and cleaning of equipment and book repairs and servicing\nActive involvement in P&L and CPA\nOn boarding of new businessRequirements\n\nExperience in customer service\nCPC certificate (or willingness to work towards)\nExperience in transport/logistics, with knowledge of tanker planning\nStrong organisational s...
