Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 per annum + Bonus

Our client is a leading independent metal stockholder and supplier, providing high-quality materials and excellent service to engineering, manufacturing and fabrication clients across the South of England.
The Role
An experienced and motivated Internal Sales Executive.
This is a field-based role with responsibility for developing and managing business across the South.
Internal Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, building strong long-term relationships.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
*
Promote the company’s full range of metal products and services.
*
Prepare quotations, follow up leads and close sales.
*
Work closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction.
*
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
*
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
About You:
*
Proven track record in internal sales – ideally within the metals, engineering or construction materials industry.
*
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*
Commercially aware, target-driven and proactive.
*
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own diary.
*
Full UK driving licence (essential).
