Hourly Rate
£14.50 per hour, plus up to £1.30 additional for evening and weekend hours.
Hours
Full time and part time available. Rota includes mornings, evenings and alternate weekends between 7am and 10pm.
About the Role
This is a dual role consisting of Personal Care and Domestic Services. You’ll work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Performance Manager to deliver personal bespoke care and lifestyle services. The role is mobile field‑based, requiring travel between developments; parking will be available at each site.
Key Responsibilities
* Support individual homeowners with personal care, daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance, and provide domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas to a high standard, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
* Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments, enhancing overall wellbeing and social connections.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a care environment; Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred but not essential. Full training provided.
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and effective time‑management.
* Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes early mornings, late evenings and alternate weekends.
