Recruitment Advisor – Bristol (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
* Delivery:
o Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for internal and direct applicants, providing excellent customer and client service.
o Conduct telephone interviews to identify and qualify candidates.
o Prepare CVs for submission, ensuring quality and accuracy.
o Provide CV feedback to candidates.
o Book and prepare candidates for interviews.
o Debrief candidates and clients after interviews.
o Present offers to candidates and agree terms and conditions.
o Work within agreed delivery timescales.
o Act as a flexible resource supporting other key clients and functions during changes in demand.
* Administration:
o Maintain detailed candidate and client records in line with GDPR.
o Manage the candidate’s progression through appropriate systems.
o Ensure that client/vacancy requirements are adequately recorded.
o Record key KPI information (CV submissions, interviews arranged and placements).
* General:
o Attend regular training workshops to improve knowledge and skills.
o Maintain strong communication with recruitment partners and stakeholders.
o Behave positively towards colleagues, clients and candidates.
o Undertake duties to the best of your ability in a timely manner.
o Ensure that own areas of work are serviced and covered thoroughly and efficiently.
o Perform ad‑hoc duties when required.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experienced in a customer/client focused role, with demonstrable potential to progress within ManpowerGroup.
* Confident, enthusiastic, polite and personable.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
* Good telephone skills (basic sales, negotiation, message handling, service).
* Excellent IT skills – Outlook, Word, Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Strong administration skills.
