You will:
* Lead and inspire a team of conveyancers and junior lawyers, providing ongoing mentorship and supervision
* Drive the team’s strategic development, focusing on operational efficiency and service excellence
* Play a central role in business planning, recruitment, and business development initiatives
* Take full ownership of team performance and client satisfaction

Requirements:
* SRA, CLC or CILEX qualification
* Minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law
