Finance Assistant | London
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our London-based team, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

Full-time | Permanent
£25,000–£30,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping: bank transactions, sales and purchase invoices, credit cards and petty cash
* Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Credit Control and monitoring outstanding balances
* Preparation and submission of VAT returns and other statutory filings
* Assisting with cash-flow reporting and finance reports
* Supporting month-end processes
* General finance administration as required
About You:
* Experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant or similar
* Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and VAT
* AAT qualified or currently studying (Level 2–4 welcome)
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
* Organised, detail-oriented and eager to take ownership
* Fluent in English and Spanish
