A warm, engaging, and active family in Barnes are seeking an experienced sole‑charge daily nanny to care for their two young sons, aged 4 months and 2 years. The long‑term, Monday to Friday role runs from 8 am to 6 pm (50 hours per week) and offers £65,000 to £72,000 gross per annum (DOE).
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement age‑appropriate activities to encourage learning through play and outdoor time.
* Support feeding, sleep and development of both children.
* Provide care for a baby and toddler simultaneously, including a baby under 6 months.
* Prepare children’s meals and manage children’s laundry.
* Maintain and develop established routines and play areas.
* Handle nursery drop‑offs and pick‑ups.
* Encourage a positive sibling relationship.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers.
* Enhanced DBS certificate and 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid.
* Strong references from at least two employers, one of whom must be the most recent.
* Proficiency in infant care, emotional intelligence with toddlers, and proactive, calm working under pressure.
* Driving nanny preferred; a driving licence is desirable.
