Want to work weekends but don't want to work sole charge? Shifts worked with at least one other experienced vet in a very supportive hospital environment.
Due to our busy caseload, we are seeking a regular weekend vet to work alongside our amazing team of vets and support staff at Minightvet Chester.
We provide 24-hour care and are based at ChesterGates Veterinary Specialists in Chester (A fully equipped RCVS approved Veterinary referral hospital.
The successful applicant will help provide the out of hours service for a number of local first opinion member practices in the area, as well as overseeing the care of MiNightVet inpatients. We pride ourselves on high standards of care and are looking for someone who is passionate about working to these same values. All our current vets are working towards certificates in their areas of interest, and this is something we are keen to support.
We have a wonderful team of motivated, hard-working, and helpful vets, nurses and support staff who will make you feel very welcome and supported.
This position would suit an experienced small animal vet, preferably with a minimum of 2+ years' experience. You will have surgical experience in routine and emergency procedures and possess good communication skills. You will have a team player mentality and a passion to deliver excellent care and client service.
