Offer description

The Role

* Work with Assistant Manager & Supply Chain to ensure the product flow/placement achieves maximum sales.
* Plan and develop merchandising strategies to hit launch dates and balance company’s objectives
* Analyse sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges.
* Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
* Produce layout plans and maintain store stock and inventory.
* Produce weekly trade reports to share with wider business.
* Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes.
* Work with Megastore salesfloor team to develop store standards through training guides and guidance on launch projects.

* Proven working experience in merchandising
* Understanding the brand

* PowerPoint proficient
