Experienced school-based SEN administrator required!
Pearson Whiffin Education are working with a Primary school based in Sittingbourne, Central Kent to recruit an experienced SEN Administrator to start in September 2025. Candidates with a background in supporting SEN or Inclusion departments in schools will be highly sought after. This role involves working closely with the SENCO and pastoral team to provide high-quality administrative support for students with special educational needs.
Duties may include managing sensitive SEN data, arranging and minuting review meetings, supporting with access arrangements for exams, maintaining student records, and liaising with parents and external agencies. Experience using systems such as Arbor, SIMS or CPOMS is highly desirable.

Candidates should have:
• Experience of using SIMS, Arbor, CPOMS or similar systems
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection legislation
• Excellent organisational and IT skills
• A current DBS (or the willingness to obtain one)
• RTW for UK-based work
