Position: Tenancy Management Advisor — Rochester. Salary: Up to £30,000.

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy enquiries, triaging and managing cases through to completion
* Provide accurate advice and guidance to customers, promoting early intervention and resolution
* Prepare and manage case plans, risk assessments and enforcement actions, ensuring accurate records and CRM updates
* Process tenancy changes and investigate issues such as abandoned properties and illegal subletting
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant, timely and customer-focused outcomes
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in managing ASB and tenancy cases within a housing or customer service environment
* Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
* A proactive mindset and passion for delivering excellent customer service and safe communities
* The ability to assess risk, manage casework effectively and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
