Location: Central London or Bromley (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
A well-established and ambitious law firm with a vibrant, diverse and supportive culture is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (3+ PQE) to join its Residential Property team. The firm promotes collaboration, professional development, and flexible working, including hybrid arrangements and a 9-day fortnight option.
Residential Conveyancing CaseloadThe role involves managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Title investigations and reporting to clients and lenders
* Post-completion and Land Registry matters
* Ensuring compliance with lender and regulatory requirements
The Role
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with autonomy and a client-focused approach, while also contributing to business development and maintaining strong referrer relationships.
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
* Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage files independently
* Strong client care skills with a commercial mindset
* Experience in business development and referrer relationship building
* Collaborative and professional approach to team working
