We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our team and help us continue to create a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting disciplinary, grievance, and absence management meetings with confidence and professionalism.
* Building strong relationships quickly and effectively with employees and managers alike.
* Advising and coaching managers on all aspects of people management, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
* Bringing your experience in an educational setting (preferable but not essential) to enhance our HR practices.
