Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and effective teaching to students across various subjects and age groups Adapt lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students and maintain a positive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour and ensure student safety and well-being Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous experience in a teaching role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a teaching role Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students Effective classroom management techniques Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Additional subject-specific qualifications Working Conditions: Work in school settings with varying classroom environments Regular interaction with students, teachers, and school staff Potential for temporary assignments in different schools All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
