You’ll be the face and voice of a premium business environment, delivering a warm and seamless welcome to clients, guests, and staff. Duties may include:
Greeting visitors and managing a reception area
Answering calls and managing messages professionally
Handling bookings, meeting room coordination, and general admin support
Ensuring the reception space reflects the quality of our brand at all times🔑 We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a corporate or reception/front-of-house role
Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
Flexibility to work on short notice and availability across weekdays
Someone who thrives on occasional shifts rather than regular hours
