Our client is a leading marketing and communications company with a global reach. We re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding results. You ll work across several high-profile public sector accounts, taking ownership of key relationships and ensuring your team consistently delivers excellence.
What You Ll Do
* Act as a trusted partner to clients, delivering business-as-usual projects and driving new initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular meetings and proactive communication.
* Identify commercial opportunities, introduce new service lines, and deliver agreed forecasts and targets.
* Manage workflow across Creative, Digital, Studio, and Production teams.
* Prepare reports, reviews, and contractual management information.
* Lead and develop your account team, sharing best practice and supporting professional growth.
What we re looking for
* Strong account management experience, ideally in the public sector.
* Background in print production or direct mail is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of official publishing is a plus.
* Skilled at identifying opportunities and delivering on commercial targets.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Financial acumen from forecasting to budget reconciliation.
* A collaborative leader who can inspire teams and drive results.
