Your Role As Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will be delivering some of our most significant commercial partnerships, unlocking the value of our brand and working with organisations to deliver brand new, unexplored business streams. Building long-term partnership plans that maximise value and impact, you’ll create and lead project teams to support partnership delivery and maximise value for us in terms of visitors, membership and brand reach. You will also support the development of new commercial income streams in collaboration with the Senior Innovation Manager, identifying, pitching and driving forward new opportunities within existing partnerships. Additionally, you will: - Engage senior decision makers within partner organisations to develop plans for retention and growth - Achieve income targets for commercial partnerships - Develop and maintain expert knowledge of market and competitor activity - Ensure contractual agreements are water-tight to protect our interests - Maintain relevant data on prospects and partners through our CRM system What You’ll Bring To be considered as our Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will need: - Substantial commercial partnership management experience, with a track record of securing and/or account managing six and seven figure sponsorships, commercial partnerships or projects - Experience of working to, and achieving, ambitious financial targets - Experience of record keeping and information management - Experience of managing projects involving multiple stakeholders - Financial administration experience, including the ability to manage complex financial data and spreadsheets - A passion for growing and developing support for English Heritage - Confidence and strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities - The ability to work independently on multiple tasks to prioritise competing deadlines Other organisations may call this role Partnerships Manager, Corporate Partnerships Manager, Relationship Manager, Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, or Commercial Manager.
