Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) is recruiting for an Office Administrator with an engineering background for a permanent position in York.
Salary is £30,000 per annum. Working 40 hours a week: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-2:30pm.
Primary Duties
* Office Administration – Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office.
* Documentation and Production Support – Prepare detailed cutting lists and process documentation derived from engineering drawings, ensuring precision and compliance with technical standards.
* Procurement of Materials – Manage the purchasing of materials required for operational and engineering activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost‑effective procurement.
* Timesheet Processing – Handle accurate collection, review, and processing of staff timesheets to support payroll and operational reporting.
