We are opening this opportunity to someone who is dedicated and can provide good quality food and service to all customers. This role may offer staff accommodation if needed. General Duties: To be second in command in the kitchen following the Head Chefs specifications and guidelines Lead the kitchen team and control and direct all food preparation within the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef Help with controlling stock levels and ordering. Complete all necessary daily kitchen paperwork. To assist with the training of any new team members in accordance with company standards Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and our guests. To make sure you and your staff always wear the full and correct uniform and ensuring good personal hygiene. Comply fully with all regulations relating to Health and Safety, employee conduct, hygiene, food handling, fire precautions, emergency procedures and COSHH regulations.
