Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile. In a complex economic climate, clients and Regulators focus more on risk and regulatory issues.
Areas you may work in include:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, and governance, including climate and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks.
* Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with conduct risk, risk transformation, controls, and reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focusing on retail clients, including conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS.
Growth Opportunities: Our three-year programme helps you develop expertise in Risk management, with support toward the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
Teams You May Join: Multiple teams advising on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration into Risk management.

* GCSE Maths Grade 5 or B*
* GCSE English Language Grade 5 or B*

* 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline
