Strategy and Partnership Manager Waverley Court Salary: £65,184 - £77,845 Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Council's partnership team and play a leading role in Edinburgh's ambitious agenda to tackle poverty and inequality. As the Strategy and Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the city's ten-year Community Plan and the Council's equality strategy. The role involves working closely with key stakeholders and partners across the city, advising leadership and elected members, and engaging with communities on key decisions the Council must take to lead this important agenda. The Strategy and Partnership Manager will have an important role in driving the transformation and reform agenda needed to further embed the recommendations of the Christie Review. The successful candidate will form part of a city- wide partnership team looking to ensure all services are accessible, relational, and strength based. We are looking for someone with a wide range of skills, including excellent communication, writing and engagement skills, understanding of political and council landscape, and experience in leading change and transformation programmes. The post holder will also be expected to support colleagues across the organisation and Edinburgh Partnership who are working on key city priorities including sustainability, housing, and employability.
