Clinical Logistics Associate

12 month contract
The Clinical Logistics Associate manages investigational product cell journey logistics, ensuring chain of custody and chain of identity compliance throughout clinical trials. This role partners with Clinical Operations, study teams, CROs, and investigational sites to coordinate transport, customs, and vendor activities in support of patient treatment schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end cell journey logistics (transport, customs, couriers, brokers)
Maintain chain of custody and chain of identity documentation
Collaborate with study teams, CROs, and site personnel
Track logistics data using internal systems and vendor platforms
Support study meetings and provide training as needed
Manage multiple studies and priorities effectively Qualifications
2+ years of clinical or logistics experience, or relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with biologic material transport regulations (IATA, DOT, etc.) preferred
Experience with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred
