Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Pontypridd
Basic Salary: £28,000
OTE: £35,000 - £38,000+ per annum
Shift & Schedule: Trading hours are 9am – 5:30pm (Mon–Sat) and 10am – 4pm (Sun). 5–7 day working pattern.

Support the Store Manager in running daily operations - stock, compliance & reporting
Motivate and coach the team to hit sales and service targets
Ensure every customer leaves with the right product and a smile

Step up in the Store Manager’s absence, taking full responsibility for the store
Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve performanceSuccessful applicant:
Background in retail or assisted sales, ideally telecoms or tech
Strong sales record - target-driven and results-focused
Ready to take on leadership responsibility while staying hands-on
Confident, proactive, and commercially aware
Great communicator who can build trust with both customers and colleagues
Passionate about tech and always up to date with the latest products
