Frontier AI Programme
Are you looking to kickstart a career in data and AI? The Frontier AI Programme at Digital Futures is designed to equip people from all backgrounds with the skills, confidence, and mindset to launch a successful career in technology.
The Frontier AI Programme combines structured learning, industry certifications, and applied project experience into a single journey.
The programme follows three key steps:
* 1. Immersive Training – 12 weeks of full‑time training led by expert instructors. You’ll learn the essential technical and consulting skills needed to thrive in a data and AI role. Modules include AI & Data Essentials and Programmatic Data Wrangling.
* 2. Graduation – Achieve two industry‑recognised certifications (Certified Data Analyst with Python (PCAD) | Python Institute) and complete all training challenges and a competency interview.
* 3. Employment – After graduation, Digital Futures will help you secure a permanent data and AI role with a client. You’ll interview with the client and, once successful, be deployed as a Consultant. Following your first deployment, the goal is to place you in a more senior position with a different organisation.
Requirements
You must have full right to work in the UK for the duration of training and employment. Applicants should demonstrate passion, curiosity, commitment, and ambition.
Deployment Locations
Training is conducted remotely, but deployment is available across the UK. You must be willing to commute or relocate to one of the following cities: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Sheffield, Halifax, Norwich.
Salary
Year 1: £27,500 per annum, plus benefits
Year 2: £32,000 per annum, plus benefits (subject to a performance review)
Please note that the training period is unpaid.
