The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and qualifying leads, supporting the sales pipeline by ensuring leads are accurately vetted and assigned to the appropriate teams. Position: Telesales Executive Location: Colnbrook Hours: Monday - Friday Salary: £26,000-£30,000 Key Responsibilities for a Telesales Executive: Conduct outbound calls to validate and qualify incoming leads against predefined criteria. Maintain accurate and comprehensive lead records within the CRM system. Assign qualified leads to sales teams or relevant channels promptly and efficiently. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and marketing campaigns. Work closely with the marketing team to identify ideal customer profiles and support lead nurturing activities. Provide regular feedback on lead quality and recommend improvements to targeting strategies. Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volumes, conversion rates, and lead processing times. Identify areas for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance lead qualification workflows. Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position offerings. Key Skills for a Telesales Executive Previous experience in telemarketing, lead qualification, or sales support, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette. Well-organised with keen attention to detail in data management and documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
