The Role
Manor Farm Academy, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, is seeking a caring and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team. This role is vital in supporting our pupils during the lunchtime period, ensuring a safe, happy, and inclusive environment both in the dining hall and on the playground.
Key responsibilities:
* Supervising children in the dining hall, playground, and around the school site during lunchtime
* Encouraging positive behaviour and play, helping pupils to develop social skills
* Promoting the school's values and safeguarding the welfare of all pupils
* Assisting with minor first aid (training provided)
* Ensuring the lunchtime period runs smoothly and safely

* Enjoys working with children and is approachable, patient, and kind
* Has good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* Is reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting the school community
* Will promote inclusion and respect across all groups of pupils
