Job Description
Day to day duties will include: Accurate and timely assembly of electronic panels to customer specifications and drawings. Set up / Calibration and test of single / Three phase UPS systems Work closely with production supervisor to support the development of new manufacturing procedures and improve productivity Using test equipment including power analysers and oscilloscopes Laser cutting of rating plates and frame labels Production of internal Cable kits Dc Fuse boxes Repair of Power Products and equipment. Quality Control of final assembly Packaging of finished products Written, verbal and telephone support of the companys internal and external customers.

Desired Skills Previous manufacturing / test experience and knowledge Experience of electronic Assembly Previous use of test equipment such as oscilloscopes and power meters Experience in manufacturing related quality procedures. Good level of computing including a working knowledge of MS Excel and Word. Personal qualities The candidate will work in a team framework but have the ability to keep to deadlines and also be able to work independently.They should show attention to detail and constancy of output. Desired qualifications BTEC Electric / Electronic Engineering City & Guids in Testing and certification Maths, English and Science GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent.
