We are a friendly, ambitious and forward-thinking dental practice looking for a motivated GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our growing team.
This is more than a standard chairside role. We are seeking someone who wants to contribute to the growth and development of the practice whilst improving patient experience.
Core Clinical Duties
* Chairside assistance across a range of treatments
* Preparing and sterilising instruments
* Maintaining exceptional cross-infection control standards
* Supporting smooth daily surgery workflow
* Accurate record keeping and compliance
* Delivering a calm, reassuring patient experience
Enhanced Role – Additional Responsibilities (Higher Rate of Pay)

* Supporting promotion of our dental membership plans
* Confidently discussing plan benefits with patients
* Assisting with plan sign-ups and patient queries
* Helping grow recurring revenue through proactive communication

Patient Experience & Retention:
* Enhancing the full patient journey from enquiry to post-treatment follow-up
* Supporting patient feedback and review generation
* Encouraging long-term relationships and treatment uptake
* Helping reduce missed appointments through engagement
* Identifying opportunities to improve service standards
Patient Engagement & Social Media:
* Assisting in creating compliant social media content
* Supporting before/after case discussions (with consent)
* Promoting new treatments, offers and team updates
* Helping increase the practice's online visibility
* Contributing ideas for campaigns and patient education
Practice Development Projects:
* Supporting new service launches
* Assisting with internal improvement initiatives
* Helping implement new systems and workflows
* Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and profitability
* Playing an active role in practice growth strategy
What We're Looking For:
* GDC-registered Dental Nurse
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial awareness and confidence discussing treatment options
* Positive, proactive and solution-focused mindset
* Interest in growth, marketing or business development
* A team player who wants to progress beyond traditional nursing duties
